The scope included the construction of residential shelters, sanitation units, water supply systems, perimeter fencing, drainage infrastructure, and communal spaces for health and welfare services.
The project demanded rapid deployment in response to an urgent humanitarian crisis. Site conditions included unprepared land, high population influx, and minimal infrastructure. Balancing speed with quality and ensuring dignified living conditions within budget constraints were key challenges. Security, hygiene, and scalability were also critical considerations.
Jillian Integrated Resources applied an emergency response framework backed by modular construction strategies to accelerate delivery. Key actions included: Rapid land preparation and drainage work Construction of durable, ventilated shelters using prefabricated and reinforced materials Provision of clean water access through boreholes and storage tanks Installation of mobile sanitation facilities and dedicated hygiene zones Fencing and lighting to ensure safety and order within the camp The completed IDP camp now provides a secure and functional refuge, supporting displaced families with the dignity and stability they deserve during crisis periods.
