Jillian Integrated Resources Limited was commissioned to deliver high-security infrastructure works across six strategic Custodial Centres in Nigeria. The project scope included the construction and fortification of a standard perimeter fence measuring 1,260 meters by 4.95 meters at each center, using reinforced concrete and security-grade fencing materials. The sites included: Port Harcourt Custodial Centre, Rivers State Abeokuta New Custodial Centre, Ogun State Enugu Custodial Centre, Enugu State Medium Security Custodial Centre, Maiduguri (New), Borno State Gusau Custodial Centre, Zamfara State Maximum Security Custodial Centre, Kirikiri, Lagos State These works were executed to enhance national correctional security, align with international standards, and ensure long-term structural durability.
Coordinating construction across multiple high-security zones in different geopolitical regions required strategic logistics, advanced security clearance, and regional compliance. Each location posed distinct challenges—ranging from site accessibility to soil variation and the need to adhere to strict government security protocols.
Jillian Integrated Resources deployed region-specific teams for simultaneous execution, backed by centralized project management and nationwide logistics coordination. Reinforced concrete was carefully designed to meet both structural load requirements and perimeter security needs, while high-tensile anti-intrusion fencing was installed. Quality assurance teams ensured that every site met regulatory standards and security benchmarks.
